People can only censor you if you are restricted by the draconian and parochial laws of editorial control that mainstream media outlets have to abide by. With social media, editorial control is given back to the people, no one person or team of people can make a decision to censor someone. And that is exactly what has happened in the case of Mike G

"Digg is in danger of creating an environment that stifles provocative and compelling content. IMHO - It's already happening. To avoid getting buried on Digg you need to write in a way that doesn't anger even a small minority of passionate users. This isn't the case with Reddit and I'll explain why."

How does netscape compare to the other Community News sites? Good ranking, considering its late start.

Fanpop is a new Digg/Netscape like site that just launched. After looking at it for a few minutes reminds me more of Netscape they have items like keywords. They use a rating system instead of voting so you rate the link on a scale of 1 to 5.
